Market Update
· The market seems in a little better shape on white meat. Demand is a little better, and supplies are more limited this week.
· The next few weeks with holidays, we may see reduced kills, but should also see less demand.
· Wings and tenders are still hot items.
· Breast meat a little better.
· Most dark meat is steady, with hindquarters in highest demand. Wings could continue to be short for the next few months.
· It will be interesting to see how the producers manage supply with the holidays, if managed properly the breast market, both bnls and bone in could advance.
